Enter Engineering Chemical complex SAMARQANDKIMYO.

ERITEX Inc. and our partner Zeeco Inc. design, develop and produce technological equipment for the project «CONSTRUCTION OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTION PLANT FOR COMPLEX MINERAL FERTILIZERS IN SAMARKAND REGION» within the territory of Samarkandkimyo JSC, controlled by Ferkensco Management Ltd.

The launch of the complex is planned in the first half of 2023. The main contractor of the project Enter Engineering group. With the project completion the factory will supply Uzbekistan with 910 000 tons of mineral fertilizers, of which 370 000 tons are MAP and 540 000 tons are NPK fertilizers. Both products will be produced using a flexible technology on the same production line, which will help provide a wide product range and the ability to switch between any type of comparable fertilizers.

One of the highlights is the fact that raw materials are to be supplied from local deposits. Phosphate concentrate will be delivered from a new deposit in Navoyi Region, ammonia will be delivered by Navoiyazot and additional volumes of sulfuric acid will be delivered by Almalyk MMC.

The complex has various technological equipment already installed, such as ammonia tanks, absorbers, plumbing units, fans, sulfur filters, bag filters, etc. The main equipment will be supplied by ERITEX Inc. It also includes installation of sulfur furnaces and delivery of waste heat boilers, oven burners, start-up heating ovens and fans for it.
